I live in Dubai and we are using Push To Talk. I have not found a good phone with PTT. Motorola and I wanted to know whether I will buy an unlocked version of it in Dubai?

This only works if there iDEN service. Nextel iDEN phones and will only work with another provider, if iDEN unlocked. If your phone service does not work.
